    Small groups of wackos who mostly get together to rant. Like David Duke. Was head of a little group of Nazis before becoming the Grand Dragon or Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. All they ever did was talk and they were never a real danger to anybody but themselves. On the other hand there are mllions of Muslims who are willing to die killing infidels.
