The birth certificate should answer the question of gender. Years after death of the deceased individual the DNA of the deseased will identified the gender at birth. So having a sex change (operation) doesn’t change your gender.
How can anyone here have a reasonable discussion or argument with a guy like Rex knowing he thinks there are more than one gender. If he or anyone believes that why even do anything but point out what an ignoramus he is. I don't even try to discuss anything with him.
