Yeah he did, but the job doesn't mean you get to just blame everything on the guy before you, sure we plebs can do that, but not the president. If I had tried to just blame my last boss when I took over for her I would have been canned.
You don't think we were going to come out of that anyway? No one went to jail from Wall Street. Martha Stewart did, but no one from Wall Street.
I don't have that kind of insight, but,.. under Bush the fiscal crises kept getting more dire . Enter the new President, the economy started getting better,.. at the very least, Obama didn't fuck it up worse.
So when she told you you smelled like corn dogs did you not realize her next move might be to bite it off? But I think she's great. Willing to risk it.
I choked that bish down, no way she could've taken a bite. Why you think Okie loved her some corn dogs before a game?
When I think back I'm amazed at the lack of ability to accomplish, given what he had to work with. The country was in the economic shitter - that should be great for a 'Hope and Change' President. People want stuff done. He had a veto proof House and Senate run by strong leadership (I hate them, but Nancy and Harry were good at what they do); he has great speaking skills, he started with high approval ratings; he had all the momentum; and he almost couldn't get his signature bill passed by his own people. I know he likes to blame the Republicans, but maybe if he had gotten more done when he owned the congress he wouldn't have lost the congress. Republicans didn't help him to be sure - but they aren't necessarily supposed to. He should have been able to do better with what he started with. He wasted more opportunities than the Republicans took away from him. To be clear - I was not a supporter and didn't like a lot of what he did.
You are so dependable. I had no idea what you would come back with - but I knew there was a high probability it would make me laugh. You did not disappoint. Thanks
