Fightin, it would be really funny, but very cruel, if a recruit knew that's what this party was like and faxed a paper over with his name on the top - everybody's all excited that we got this recruit and all of a sudden as this paper slowly prints out - instead of a signature at the bottom there's a note that read: "GOTCHA!"
The last few years the names started hitting the board pretty early 7:30-8:00 with most of them in by 10:00. After that some will trickle in every once in a while. This year with so few signatures expected it could be over early but the Bash itself lasts until about 7pm.
The fans at the bash don't actually see the faxes, someone from behind the curtain comes out with a name on a gold sign and hangs it on the board. I think the faxes themselves actually come into the athletic office and someone there calls the bash and tells them to hang the name.
Just please tell me the fat bald guy isn't wearing an evening gown from the wardrobe trunk! :lol: Although if he did, that could be an interesting show in itself!
