    from tos:

Davis, Parrish and Parker were suspended immediately. 2/3 later were kicked off or left the team

Godchaux was suspended until his charges were dropped.

Provens was arrested and left the team.

Phillips had his charges dropped in 2017.

Most if this is a rehash of what came out after the Redskins released Guice. The complaints in the Guice incidents were made to the tennis coach and other athletic administration personnel who did not follow through with procedures. We do not when Oeaux was informed.

Grant Delpit's name mentioned as well. If the discipline @kcal mentions is correct but nothing done to Delpit or Guice, it smells of Bama-style discipline. Don't like that.

IMO, it goes beyond 'Bama-style discipline' when sexual assault allegations are concerned.

I'm talking about preferential treatment, but I get what you're saying.

The allegation against Delpit is that he recorded consensual sex without consent to take the video and then shared it with at least one person.

Not trying to pick on you, but again, these are allegations. It’s not fair to the player if you throw every player off the team where someone alleges they did something wrong.

If criminal chargers were not filed and if the victim did not file a formal complaint with LSU, then I am not sure how far Oeaux can go in the discipline area. Yes it sucks.

Moreover, O is not the LSU lead investigator on Title IX complaints. He’s not responsible for the investigations. If the administration fucks something up, you can’t put it on him.
