with the Dems controlling both houses of congress & the presidency, how is cannabis still a schedule 1? The great majority of Americans, even Republicans, think cannabis should be medically legal. Many Republican congressmen would support that. Maybe not a majority, but many. What gives? Why can't the Dems get this done?

Where is that happening? I've seen parents animated at meetings because of the crap being taught to their kids, but nothing violent.
