Note to COTiger....tune out bro, this is gonna be more than 24 words. As more info comes out, we now know there was no school resource officer on site. We know that 5 months ago, a parent called the district to warn about potential violence. The district official who talked to the parent sent a letter warning about violence and bullying at the school. According to the letter, "there is an extremely high drug culture at STEM," and "many students are suicidal and violent." The anonymous parent called it the "the perfect storm" and "expressed concerns about a repeat of Columbine." The Douglas County School District official said all of the concerns were reported to "the Department of Human Services and to the sheriff's department." STEM school officials disputed the claims and filed a lawsuit in January against the anonymous parent for what they called "defamatory statements." (ARE YOU SERIOUS? District and po-po were warned and the PARENT got sued?) It's almost like officials wanted it to happen....sorta like Parkland. We know that the 18-year old was taking both prescribed and illicit drugs. We know the other one was a female attempting to transition to a male. Alcohol involved there. Social media suggests both were getting close to action, had made sketchy, threatening comments about STEM students. The guns used were legally obtained but stolen from one of the parents involved. The 18-year old had "fuck society" painted on the side of his car along with 666 and a pentagram painted on the hood. So we have another seemingly avoidable shooting and all the anti-2nd peeps can do is talk about the guns. Look familiar? Like so many other shooters. And here's your female....er, male....er, whatev. This is NOT a gun issue.
Yes, and it's society's fault. No one should ever have to take personal responsibility. We should add lezbo-love classes to core curriculum.
Yes, absolutely. But what about the sheriffs? You'd think that after Parkland and their ineptness was exposed, that any law enforcement agency informed of any school shooting threat would investigate to the nit.
Agreed accountability is needed but I'm sure it will all be lost in the guns are the problem narrative.
If guns kill people then: Pencils misspell words Cars drive drunk Forks make people fat Couches make people lazy
"Ice-T says he came close to shooting an Amazon delivery driver after mistaking him for an intruder. Following the incident, the rapper, 61, suggested on Twitter that the tech company should make their employees wear uniforms to help identify them. “Message to Amazon: Now that you have regular people making your home deliveries… Maybe they should wear a Vest with AMAZON DELIVERY on it… I almost shot a MF creeping up to my crib last night… Just saying,” the Law & Order star wrote. “Was he not wearing a delivery man uniform?” one fan wrote in response. “No. They don’t wear ANY uniform. Just regular people workin… I ain’t mad at them. Just saying. That s— ain’t safe,” Ice-T wrote back." Wait, what? So a liberal black man, because he's wealthy and well-known, can make this kind of comment and it's okay? Can't wait for all the usual suspects to come out and criticize him for exercising his right to own a gun....won't happen. But damn....you have your gun ready to shoot delivery people? Lol.
