I say "might" because without releasing the material involved, given the fact there are frequent disagreements between the Defense Department, Justice Department, and State Department, it's not clear whether the latter even agreed or acknowledged that that information was classified. I also say "might" because some materials are classified retroactively, AFTER the emails have been sent or received. But here are the important points: there were ZERO classified emails on her server. ZERO. Just because some bits of information might have been casually or inadvertently included, or retroactively classified, within an email doesn't mean that the email, itself, is classified or that Hillary knew the information was classified. What part of this don't you understand?: Rep. Thats another lie. Go re-read the threads. There is ZERO disagreement on the classified materials that were found. SAP data is above Top Secret. There is no such thing as "casually or inadvertently included". You have no clue as to what the fuck you are talking about. Classified material is kept behind multiple layers of physical security, requires special access to view, not just a clearance, and is located on a physically separate internet. There is no other way these documents could have been send on a non-secure system other than someone, notice I didn't blame her specifically, removing them. Again, it does not matter if they were marked. Information is either classified or its not. IF she did not know that communications such as SAP data was classified, then she is an even bigger idiot than Trump. Congrats.
