She took classified training on how to handle classified information. She even signed that she took the training. Taking the training, you would know the physical layers one would have to break in order for this information to be sent on a non-secure system. Being that you have to have a clearance AND a need to access the information, it was willful. There is no other way around it. SO no, you dont know what the fuck you are talking about. In other words, the physical remove is "intentional".
