Boise State, yes Boise State, has lost one game, to Arkansas, and is ranked in the top 15. South Florida has lost two games, Arkansas and Oklahoma, and probably has as much business being ranked as Marshall or Bowling Green when these programs from weak conferences were in the top 25. You get slaughtered by Alabama and Auburn, barely survive Ole Miss and somehow Arkansas is the bad guy here?!? As far as the TD on 4th down, he may or may not have gotten in but he damned sure got in on 3rd down and got a lousy spot to boot. Quit crying about the receivers getting mugged. Pick plays are illegal, assuming you know what they are, and LSU was never called for a pick the entire day. Don't try to school me about screen passes as I know the difference. Arkansas fans do travel as was pointed out about the Cotton Bowl the last two times there including against Texas in 2000. We also made an impressive showing at the Citrus Bowl in 99. Especially if you have to start all over again MIDSEASON at QB. Nutt would have to design a whole new offensive scheme if matt jones went down, and it takes a while for a brand new QB to get into the rhythm and feel comfortable. It's a tribute to our coaches and our players to have the record we do in this erratic season.
