The keystone pipeline was about TRANSPORTATION of CANADIAN oil through the United States for export to foreign countries. The CANADIANS can instead transport their own oil to Vancouver or Newfoundland for export so your point about trucks and trains being more pollutive to us is equally stupid. Your point about buying oil from Saudi Arabia further exposes your stupidity... stupidity about the global oil market works. We have been importing oil from Saudi Arabia for a very long time now, including massively during the trump administration. We're not enriching Russia by destroying our own oil production because A) we're not destroying oil production and B) transitioning to cleaner sources of energy weakens the demand for Russian oil and thus weakens them.
