I, as an LSU fan, am doing what our team will do about a rematch with Bama. Accept it and see it as an opportunity. I do believe this team has what it takes to make it all the way undefeated. If we do so, I would see it as the greatest season in SEC history. Its an opportunity to beat Bama twice in one season. An opportunity to stop ALL of the Miles vs. Saban bs. I believe this is a team headed for destiny and I'm proud to be able to witness it happen! GEAUX TIGERS!!!

Until they come with a +1 format or an 8-team playoff, a one-loss (or undefeated) conference champion should have preference in playing for a national championship over a team with the same record that didn't win its conference. That even applies if LSU loses to Arkansas and is left out of the SECCG. You wanna play for a championship? Win! (Va. Tech is the exception this year because they played suckily through a sucky schedule. Boise is more deserving than VT).

Think about this. Oklahoma St lost in overtime on an emotional day where they were dealing with a University tragedy. They deserve a little slack for that and its certainly a better excuse than any Bama can come up with.

Or Boise St. I'm in the Northwest and have to listen to Boise St. fans whine about the BCS and lack of respect. They stomped Georgia (kick Georgia out of the SEC; embarrassing. Talk about vindication for Boise St.) and now Georgia is playing for the SEC championship game? And Georgia might possibly win, meaning Boise St beat the SEC champion???? Please please please no. Dont do that to me. Boise St's loss to TCU isn't looking quite so bad anymore now that TCU is going to be bowl bound. So does Alabama deserve a do over so much more than Boise St can make a case for their getting a shot?

Right now its looking like the SEC West owns college football. But.... Say LSU beats Arkansas. Then, while Alabama is sitting on their asses (already in the NCG), LSU loses to a relaxed, nothing-to-lose Georgia team. Georgia goes to the Sugar and loses. Bama plays in the NCG and loses. LSU doesnt even make a BCS bowl. The SEC would look very bad.

    No no no no no!

    1. We already beat them in their house with everything on the line in what everybody was saying was the de facto NCG. Beating them again doesnt do that much for me. Old news.
    2. There is no debate. We beat them. Case closed.
    3. We would beat them again.

ps remember when you beat your whiney friend in something and they suddenly say "two out of three?" Thats Bama.

pps Alabama are the hanging chads of college football. (Al Gore reference)

Bama is that spoiled kid from the neighborhood that would take their ball and run home screaming " it's not fair" because they lost.

Bama fans are the worst in taking a lose

Next year, your coach could have another job.
Next year, key injuries could be a factor.
Next year, you could be suffering from a bad case of NC hangover.
Next year, doesn't guarantee an ounce of success for anyone, but neither did last year.

I'll take the now, It will never be back this way again.
