Put a stick of butter, one small onion diced and one small bell pepper diced in a frying pan and saute. Add a bag of crawfish tails, some garlic, and some spice (tony's or joe's stuff and ceyane pepper) (how do you spell that?). When the crawfish are just cooked, add a can of cream of mushroom soup. Stir it up good, till it's nice and creamy. Serve over angel hair pasta. This is so easy any guy can do it, and your friends will love it!
