I had not given trent much thought as a possibility. What an embarrassment of riches.

Not saying he is out of it but he could recommit back to Texas A&M.

What's really nice about these early commits is the coaches don't seem to be pressuring them. Just seems as if they are honestly laying out the situation(limited schollies) and the number/quality of recruits is forcing their hand if they want on the team.

Don't know if that is the actual process, but it appears to be this way. Seems more positive to me.

might be down to who commits first because Michael could've commited by now and most likely wont commit before Friday so he'll probably be going elsewhere or back to A&M.

thats a great reasonable opinion of the situation. It seems like alot of schools have limited schollies for 09, which means more kids will commit earlier than later, but the best kids will probably wait till the last minute to commit. There is a wealth of talent out there in 09, seems collectively better than 08.

I do not concern myself with the weight-lifting abilities of recruits (unless they are really, really poor/great). Moffit is one of the best in the business and will get them to where they need to be.

Pratt is a beast though - reminds me of Alley Broussard with his powerful running, except with better hips/change of direction ability. And the guy is very fast for his size.

He'll be a bulldozer for us.

I don't mean to hijack or go on too much of a tangent...

But how long have we had Moffit and how much longer can we expect him to stay? He is just as valuable to the recent success of this team as any of the other assistants. What he has been able to do in terms of transforming these boys into physical specimens is absolutely ridiculous. I'd hate to see him leave any time soon.
