Re: Dexter Pratt Sounds like it might take a week or 2 to finally hear from the kid. Until then, we won't know the truth of the matter. At this point, it is safe to assume the clearinghouse matter is what is driving this bus.

Re: Dexter Pratt It doesn't bring any team into the picture. He can't enroll early anywhere. It's too late. LSU is his only chance at this point. A&M is saying themselves they don't have any room for Pratt. OSU, I have no idea what their situation is numbers wise. Those rumors are gonna run rampant until Pratt speaks out. No use worrying about it until he does.

Knew that if he wasn't cleared for admission to LSU he wouldn't be cleared for TAMU or Okie St. either, just didn't know where the Okie St. thing came from. More curious about Bayou Bengal's rumors of how Pratt was treated at LSU. That sounds wierd. Can't see him being treated badly there. Possibly all this stuff just coming from some frustration on Pratt's part. Who knows. :LSU231:

Re: Dexter Pratt Some of the off the wall rumors were that we asked him to sleep on the coach of a current players while everything straightened out and he had his cell phone stolen, etc... Really doesn't make any sense because if he is not cleared by the clearinghouse, LSU can't give him anything until then. He had a room assignment and his roommates picked out already but he can't use what we provided him with until everything is settled. He went straight home the same day he arrived so it would be hard to get a cell phone stolen, sleep on a couch, and told he was a LB in a 3 hour period.:insane:
