You're right about that. It's nice to hear him say he prayed on it though. All prayers are answered, it's just that a lot of the time, the answer is no.

Why is it noce to hear that he prayed about it? There's nothing good about making an uninformed decision...

I wouldn't have so much faith in "god" if I was stuck at A&M:wave:

Lets be happy for the kid. He wanted LSU badly and unfortunately for him, the numbers didn't work in his favor. If we didn't have Ford or Pratt he would be a Tiger soon.

I feel bad for kids that really want to be Tigers when it doesn't work out for them. He's saving a little face. No problem with that.

    Thank you Andouille. Well said.

No need to say anything negative about this kid. He went through the process and was very classy about everything.

I hope he absolutely murders it at A&M, since most of you know I held onto the hope we would offer him longer than most everyone else.

No doubt, you can never bash a guy over the recruiting process(for any reason) It's the most important decision in their life. Plus, there is no doubt he'd be in Baton Rouge if he got an offer

You should hop over to the Jamarkus McFarland Controversy thread and express this same sentiment...

In all fairness.. there are legitimate complaints about his process.

    C. Michael good luck. I'd love to see you gash some of these Big-12 teams with Heisman worthy stats. (especially UT)

I don't think you can bash a guy over his choice, but you can bash him for the way he handles the recruiting process like recruits who lie to coaches/the media like McKnight and possibly Campbell.

However, not Michael. He handled the process very well.

I thought one of your observations about CMichael was that he kept saying he favored LSU but never came for a visit (until he finally did mid-season) and that is why he did not have a CO?
