I thought MM had won every game he started in (except the one he got the hook in). If they pull because of "Ineffectiveness" Dick would've been gone against LSU. I don't know how a qb can be more ineffective than he was....maybe another int? :hihi:
Here is game by game performance by Mustain: vs. Utah........9-17 119 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT vs. Vandy.....13-20 224 yds, 3 TD, 1 INT vs. Bama........7-22 97 yds, 1 TD, 3 INT vs. Auburn......7-10 87 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT vs. SE Mo St...5-13 51 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT (Dick 8-9, 98 yds, 2 TD, 0 INT) vs. Ole Miss...12-15 157 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT vs. UL-M........8-17 71 yds, 2 TD, 2 INT Dick takes over at this point vs. SoCarolina..11-19 228 yds, 1 TD, 1 INT (Dick threw 1 pass for an INT and was pulled) vs. Tennessee..10-15 154 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT vs. MissState....8-17 112 yds, 2 TD, 1 INT vs. LSU............3-17 29 yds, 1 TD, 1 INT The only thing I can take away from this is the poor play by Mustain against a horrible UL-Monroe team. Dick played pretty well actually until he met up with that damn LSU Tiger defense. Those bastards. What say you?
Plus Bama. Most people don't like platooning QBs, but maybe this is one of those instances where it needs to be done. Sticking with Dick just doesn't seem to work.
If that's true, then the last part is pretty sad: Mebbe I should forward him a few of these spam e-mails I've been getting...
Just offering my opinion on the Arkansas quarterback. Don't understand how you could read more into it than that.
