News Rayville Players walking on LSU Football Team

    Looks like LSU is building a nice relationship with Rayville and come Monday will probably add another Rayville product.

    Can anyone name walk-ons that started for us with the exception of special teams.

    Not recently but I remember a walkon defensive end that played for Charllie Mac. Can't remember his name but the other DE was Norm Garlington. Red 55 probably remembers the players name. He made ALL SEC as a Junior then gave up football to concentrate on his studies. He planned on becoming an MD.
    Maybe "Robicheax" I remember it was a cajun name.

    Wasn't Lavalais technicaly a walk-on that was given a scholly?

    Lavalais signed an NCAA letter of intent with LSU. I don't think he could have been considered a walk-on after that.
