All the coaching moves has me wondering, how would you rank the jobs in the SEC, not the coaches, the jobs.

As much as I hate it the gumps are on the top of the pile, it is the best job and I'd say LSU is at least 2 if not 1a

Could probably lump them in tiers after that but where is the fun in that so..

    2. LSU
    3. Ga
    4. Fl
    5. Aub
    6. Ole miss
    7. atm
    8. USCe
    9. UT
    10. Ark
    11. MssT
    12. Vandy
    13. Ky
    14. Mo

    Sound about right?

If we are looking at plug and play right now the main change I would make would be move moo U up. Mullen had that place going in the right direction and the perspective coach would have to just learn to deal with starkville and well........the noise of cowbells.

A lot depends upon whose perspective, but with the Miles/Oeaux cluster of last year, I doubt LSU is all that high, from a coaches perspective. Very shaky administration,

    01 BAMA (tradition and resources)
    02 FU (fertile recruiting)
03 LSU (no competition in state)
    04 AU (little brother syndrome)
    05 UGA (pretty fertile recruiting)
    06 ATM (lots of money)
    07 MOOU (success with Mullen)
    08 OM (too much cheating)
09 TENN (a lot of passion, still)
10 ARK (money, NW AR is nice)
    11 USCE (scrappy)
    12 VANDY (very smart)
13 MO (they’ve won the east before)
    14 KY (basketball)

only above Bama because we’re not quite as crazy as them (if next guy ain’t Saban, he’ll never survive) and have no in state competition in a state that produces a little bit more talent.

    2. Bama
    3. Florida
    4. A&M
    5. UGA
    6. Auburn (could be as high as 4 though)
    7. Tennessee
    8. Carolina
    9. Ole Piss
    10. Arkansas
    11. Miss St.
    12 Vandy
    13. Kentucky

That's true of every coach who follows a legend. What happened to the successors of Bear Bryant, John Wooden and Skip Bertman? You want to the the guy who follows the guy who follows the legend.

    that’s my point exactly.
except Bama fans extend it to every coach for the rest of eternity until they find another absolute legend.

Curry and Stallings were both damn successful coaches. and Bama fans chased them out of town. And neither was the guy immediately after Bear.
