    1. Attitude eat sleep and drink football. Drive to win and motivate players, the kind of coach that you WANT to respect. He sets the example and you want to be like him but you just can't quite match the man's drive and energy. Someone that has a "no excuse" for losing attitude. No reason to even put in here a "clean program". this type of person automatically carries a high level of integrity. it's part of the attitude.

    2. DEfensive Guru a very "hands on" type coach, someone who pulls alot of stunts like Pro ball and keeps the opposing team OUT of the Red zone and when they do get in it, the coach makes his players believe the whole other team just raped their momma. I like a guy to know offense but Defense wins championships. A good offensive Cord. can be hired.

    3. Personell director this means recruiting savvy, not just players, the ability to recognize talent in assistant coaches and players and go after them. Someone with enough reputation that makes the candidate WANT to play for this man. A director that knows who he has working for him and trusts what they are doing for the team which enables him to focus on his area of expertise. someone with Charisma.

    4. Loyalty I put this last because it isn't likey to go hand in hand with those other qualities. I would LIKe to see a great coach stay 10-15 years. Realistically, 5-7 years would be great and we could deal with that.
