I liked fake wrestling as a kid but it shouldn't be highlighted on the channel guide as a "sports" channel.
Can engines mounted on top actually work, seems like they would disrupt the airflow over the wing causing drag
They look high enough to not have that problem. There are a lot with the engines near the tail and above the wing. Some are pretty close to the wing as well.
@TCUTiger is a pilot. He would know. Honda does make pretty good products, though. Its a lot cheaper than a Gulfstream but I still can't afford one
Above wing engines have been flying for many years, mostly on seaplanes to avoid water ingestion. With proper pylons they will cause no more drag than underwing engines. The main reasons that underwing engines are popular is ease of replacement and maintenance. It will take a special hydraulic lift platform to work on these engines. The USAF developed a potential replacement for the C-130 in the 70's that had above-wing engines that blew hot exhaust over the flaps increasing short-takeoff performance.
NBC News reports former NFL quarterback Erik Kramer "survived" a suicide attempt. Not to be heartless, but is "survived" the right word? Wouldn't it be more appropriate to say he failed a suicide attempt?
