I know there is an answer to this I just don't know what it is. This weekend my cousin and I went to the gas station to get some batteries for my Wiimotes so we could play some 2 player action. After he bought the batteries, he had 2 bucks left so he said "I'm feeling lucky" and asked the clerk for 2 $1 scratch-offs. She then informed us that she was unable to sell lotto tickets after 9pm. Then, as evidenced in my other thread, I got a new shotgun this weekend, so I went to Wal-Mart after the game last night to get some shells for it and they told me they couldn't sell shotgun shells after 9pm. WTH is up with not being able to sell random stuff after 9pm? I must not get out enough to know what happens after 9pm that all of a sudden impairs my judgement and increases the likelihood of me shooting someone or buying too many lotto tickets.
didn't know that about scratch-offs. figured the lotto/powerball cut-off was set at an hour before the drawing.
Go figure...the only state in the country where you do not have to get out of your vehicle to get a alcoholic beverage, but god forbid, you need a dang scratch off ticket or some shotgun shells to go hunting the next day.(even though i know you werent going hunting, but thats besides the fact)
They do? I have a down vest that I wear in cool weather. Whenever i visit people with a cat, it doesn't matter where I put it, when I'm ready to leave, the cat will be sleeping on it.
