Next fundraiser is November 11, Veteran's Day. People are being asked to donate $11.11 to make another small leap toward the goal of 12 million. And then the next big fundraiser will occur on 12/15-16, anniversary of the Boston Tea Party.
I like much of what this guy says. As for his principles, morals, ethics, and such, I'm in no position to judge. But to have some remote chance of a return on my money, rather than donate to his campaign, I'm gonna put $20 down on Ole Miss to win the national championship.
Next big $100 donation date: December 16, Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. www.teaparty07.com Check out the link for some info and some nice videos with impressive clips from Ron Paul, including a powerful statement of his faith. Huckabee is getting support from religious folks, mostly because he is beating that drum hard. Paul seems to be a very religious person but is principled enough to talk about issues rather than go the route of what amounts to religious exploitation. I appreciate that rather than simply stating how religious he is, Paul executes his spirituality through action and substance. I feel that is they way it should be. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKZmIzEMUN8 [EDIT]: The video expressing his faith is somewhere else - I'll post the link if I find it.
