Really?? I had no idea. I think Raising Canes would be a goldmine in the Greenville, SMU area...

Was that intended to be sarcastic? Cane's is one of about 100 things I miss about BR and more in the world can only be a good thing. However, I don't necessarily think of high quality. It's such a standard menu that I don't see how it could be much different from location to location.

About a month ago, I went to a friend's house in SW Houston for a hold 'em tourney and he got a Cane's party platter. Gotta love that sauce.

I just had some Cane's. The sauce, it is just amazing.

After a while, I got kind of sick of Cane's. Maybe it's because of how much I ate it...

I have a friend from University of Texas who went up to Columbia for the Ohio State football game, and he called me just to tell me how he excited he was that they had a Raising Cane's there. He said they had a guy on a bike selling it before the game & that they supposedly had a location somewhere right off campus.

It looks like the rest of the country will be finding out about BR's little secret very fast!
