Was that intended to be sarcastic? Cane's is one of about 100 things I miss about BR and more in the world can only be a good thing. However, I don't necessarily think of high quality. It's such a standard menu that I don't see how it could be much different from location to location. About a month ago, I went to a friend's house in SW Houston for a hold 'em tourney and he got a Cane's party platter. Gotta love that sauce.
I have a friend from University of Texas who went up to Columbia for the Ohio State football game, and he called me just to tell me how he excited he was that they had a Raising Cane's there. He said they had a guy on a bike selling it before the game & that they supposedly had a location somewhere right off campus. It looks like the rest of the country will be finding out about BR's little secret very fast!
