    This is true. I live in a majority black neighborhood. My neighbors do not care if I say something like "what up nigger" or "nigger please." They would be pissed if I said "some nigger stole my pressure washer."

    Maybe, "what up nigga" or "nigga please". They don't like the r.

    I live in an all white town. Some black guys come fishing down here, and rarely have any problems. But I have seen on occassion when groups of them show up for basketball or football games at the Middle School here, things can get kinda tense QUICK.

    Black culture has largely failed black people. And "white guilt" hasn't helped either. Throw the government's efforts into the mix, shake gently and you have a clusterpuck.
