...and it doesn't even mention other "home-cooking" SEC practices like the baseball tournament being held in Hoover EVERY year and the Birmingham bowl moving ahead of the Independence and Liberty.

The Gumps can't win if they're not cheating. From scheduling...to officiating...to feathering their own nest, the only way the state of Alabama can succeed in sports is by cheating. What's sad for them is they still suck in all other sports.

I used to chant "SEC-SEC-SEC" but not during the past five years. Screw the SEC HQ and their Gump-loving practices. Either move the SEC HQ to another state and hire non-Alabama alumni or start looking for an offer from the Big 12.

I like the article, "5 Reasons LSU should stay in the SEC." Georgia doesn't feel as fortunate as the article would make out. Playing in a de facto game for the NC and landing in the Cap bowl against a big ten team that just got taken to the proverbial woodshed. Got to feel a lot like cliff diving.

The BCS is to blame. Get past the two best teams in college football and it is set up for failure. Louisville goes to the Sugar and N Illinois goes to the Orange. In the meantime, great teams with historic pedigrees scramble for leftovers at the banquet. Slive would have loved an open format that would send the top 10 BCS teams, all season, to the top BCS bowls. There is your conspiracy to deceive. Certainly not the SEC office fault, nor Alabama. They're just making lemonade.

Many of these are faults of the SEC HQ. There's absolutely no doubt about it. There's no need for a conspiracy theory. The evidence is there. Nobody wants to play a bowl in Birmingham. Hoover is not the only place with a baseball park...and surely not the best place for a tournament. The football scheduling is a complete joke and amazingly always benefits Alabama. Nobody would've been let off the hook with the Cam Newton scandal had they been outside the state of Alabama. The officiating never evens out for teams who play Alabama & Auburn. The SEC HQ continues to influence the bowl selection process.

The list goes on and on. The SEC HQ needs to be moved from the state of Alabama...period. They've proven they will go to any length to benefit the home state teams. Alabama wouldn't be close to sniffing the BCS championship had the SEC HQ not doctored the schedule this year. It's convenient to call it a "temporary" schedule. They just sit back and watch to see what lines out best for Alabama then schedule accordingly.

Has any SEC program cheated more than Alabama?...and that's just the times they were actually penalized. It's embarrassing to see how low the folks in Gumpville have stooped. I guess when you have absolutely no professional programs and you suck in all other sports you feel the need to cheat in the one sport you have.

Three called penalties collectively against two top-5 teams (LSU & UGA) while playing on the road. Right! No home-state cooking there. ;)

Remember, aTm just left the Big 12 because of Texas having the same influence in that conference. We would just be changing monsters.

Muschamp was asked about Georgia being in the SECCG with their easier schedule. His answer was telling. We got nothing to complain about. We didn't handle our own business in Jacksonville. You had Bama at your house, in front of your home maniacs with a lead, with little over a minute to play. That's where it all went wrong. Certainly not Gainesville. Win the game in Baton Rouge, no one really cares where the SEC office is located, at least until the next big loss that cost someone a shot at all the marbles.

One penalty called against Alabama (of the numerous they committed) with their so-called NFL defense (what a joke they turned out to be) in an entire game. That's the joke the SEC HQ has created. Blatant officiating to protect Alabama. They only called two against Georgia.

I think LSU, Texas A&M, and Georgia are all better than Alabama but none of those schools get the calls year after year like the Gumps. Without the SEC refs...Alabama loses all three of those games. No doubt!

At home with a packed stadium is easily neutralized by refs with an agenda. When Alabama begins to get called for O-line holding come back and try justifying the obvious cheating. Alabama just wasn't good enough to finish in the top two in the SEC West so the strings were pulled. It's okay...we wouldn't expect anything more from the genital exposing, tree killing Gumps.

What's sad is Gump fans are so delusional they actually believe they've earned it. :D:confused:

If Alabama left the SEC (would never happen as they get all the benefits) all the conference would lose would be a football team. If LSU were to leave the conference would lose an entire sports program. Alabama has never struck fear in anyone outside of football and really is a very one-dimensional program.

Take Alabama's national titles (even the fabrications they've claimed in football) and Auburn's titles, add them together, and multiply them by two and LSU still kicks their ass in sports. Considering LSU doesn't have a sugar daddy in Birmingham cheating for them...it's either real impressive for the Tigers...or embarrassing for Alabama and Auburn.

The SEC HQ even expanding the baseball tournament field. I guess they want to ensure the home-state bottom feeders don't get left out. Cheating in Hoover may be the only way Alabama & Auburn can make the NCAA tournament.

You act like Alabama was playing for their 3rd national championship in 4 years?
