First off I believe there is no amount of money that would bring Les to Rkansas. It isn't going from a Caddy to a buick...it is going to a chevy or dodge.
The argument about him not having a raise in 4 years has a point but rather than cave I would tell him LSU won't get in a bidding war but if he stays his performance and loyalty will be rewarded.
He and LSU fit so well in every way and like an old couple they should treasure each other.
