That's a great obituary. Funniest thing in this thread is he made fun of a corgi. His dog sophie mentioned in the obit...a damn poodle
Thanks for the link its very nice tribute. I only knew him from the board. But I wish I'd met him in real life. From the obituary he sounds like a great guy.
Quite a wide array of carreers. Armed services/veteran, news/weather man, auditor, and hunt/fish guide. A full life.
After reading the obit, I can say the world is a bit less than. Not enough people left in this country like that. RIP Brother in Arms
Man Terry was seriously one of a kind. Those were the very best of times for this site and its not even close. It really pisses me off that we lost all of that history. So many hysterical threads. Like it really makes me angry. I need a drink
SabanFan was one of my favorite posters back in the day and when i joined in 2003 he welcomed me to the board. There were some good fights with the liberals at that time. But i loved the football discussions and have enjoyed this board for almost19 years. I didnt post much in the beginning and would only post if i had something to say . Tigerfann has been a joy to be a part of even in the disagreements. You dont have to agree with everyone but just remember we are here because of our love for LSU. In my case at the age 0f 3 in 1964.. Charley Mac and John Ferguson. Tommy Casanova and Charles Alexander. Loving LSU has been one of the joys of my life win or lose. 2019 will always be a special year in Tiger History.
Jesus, I just realized I just passed my 20th anniversary on this site. I didn't know SabanFan well, but he was certainly part of what made this board fun in those early days. Looks like he lived quite a life. RIP, Terry, you were one of the good ones.
