Congratulatins, what a treat !!!!! (My daughter starts high school this year).

Wouldn't mind meeting someone with connections in Napa and its always fun to meet other Tiger fans ! Its funny how whenever we go onto the campus my children insist on passing near the spot where we tailgate.

By the way, I practice the art of drinking wine every evening or so. Two glasses at most and that is what research says works. I strive to find relatively inexpensive wines that are good during the week and "bigger" wines on the weekends. Have any recommendations ?

Plenty I could suggest but I would need to know what you drink on a regular basis. Most of the wines I represent are boutique(5000 case production or less), and most of those are not found in La., though I imagine some are. All sorts of price points. And if you need a hook up with some cool wineries in Napa, don't hesitate to ask. Again, most of mine are closed to the public or in many cases, the wine maker would have to meet you at a restaurant because they are so small. Just give me enough notice and I should be able to set something up for you.

Try this LINK which provides temperatures for serving various wines. For your ice wine (which is typically considered a dessert wine), use the temperature for Sweet Wine.
