Speaking of smoothies, my wife has started making me one about twice/week. I like the taste and my body feels more energetic throughout the day. I think her typical ingredients are greek yogurt, orange juice, strawberries, honey (for my allergies), a banana, and flax seed.
Alls i know is I dropped pancakes and grits out of the massive breakfast I eat and replaced it with more bacon and eggs, and all the good numbers are up and the bad numbers are down.

Bullshit. I loved grapefruit as a child. My mom even bought me one of those little curved knives for getting the fruit out. Its the membranes that are bitter, not the fruity segments.
