Fresno is not Auburn, you should be able to get Fresno tickets outside the stadium. I wouldn't expect to see many Alabama tickets being sold.
You must have just been in the wrong place. Just go to the parkinglot right by the stadium. Most of those people can't tell a football from a wine glass, and they always have good tickets for sale there. I always go to the big SEC games and always get tickets. Even in 03 I went to every home game and never had a problem. But I understand if you are flying that it would suck to not find a ticket after spending money for air tickets.
Chosnone definitely knows what he is talking about. No matter where you are, single tickets are available at or around face value. Ive never been to a game with tickets already until I was a student and always sat in the lower sections in between the 35s. You can always find single and 99.9% of the time you can find 2 together. Season tickets are a waste of money. and you get put in the nosebleed unless you donate huge sums to the athletic foundation.
Season tickets are a waste of money? Whatever you say. We've been in the same seats for years, and know everyone around us. While you're walking around looking for tickets, we're enjoying pregame. But, season tickets are a waste of money.
More than likely, we will see a very good crowd. Three reasons: 1- Fresno came damn close to beating USC last season 2- They'll probably be a top 20 team 3- It's on ESPN Personally, if I had a choice of watching only one home game, that would be the one.
Season tickets are fantastic. I have very good aisle seats on a short (8-person) row, on the 5-yard line in the lower bowl and my donation amounts to $85 a seat. If that's a huge sum to you, amigo, you need a better job.
The reason I buy tickets like this is because I work on Saturday and usually do not know if I will be able to get off for the game until Friday evening. I would much rather have season tickets in the Bowl between the 35's on an isle.
therell be a lot of first timers to a REAL football game. yall make sure "my" damn fresno "fans" know what the heck a real football game is like with real tailgate, real fans, real pregame, real game, real postgame, and real tailgate afterwards. i wish i lived in LA. lol they have sirens go to announce about 5 minutes before kickoff time. dumb dumb fans. tailgate is pathetic. MAYBE some burgers or hot dogs. soooo cheesy. bulldog bounce after third quarter or some crap. ugh im disgusted thinking about their program. but we should punce em and show em wahts up. i think the whole week before and after im gonna wear hella LSU clothing. haha maybe even my big ol jersey.
id suggest just calling up fresno st. right now and asking for tickets. went to there ticket office the other day and just asked for some tickets to the oregon game(both uncles went there) and there were plenty left all over the stadium for a HOME game in a 45k stadium. i hate fresno in case u havent noticed. you should be able to find them with fresno st. just ask to be on the far side so ur closer to LSU fans
