Mahtook is a superb DB prospect, not sure if LSU will pursue him, but he will get some attention there for sure. He also has a pretty strong arm, I hope he gets a ride somewhere decent if not LSU.
I'm not sure if this has been posted already but EJ Manuel is scheduled to visit FSU June 22-24. Any idea when he's going to visit LSU? There are some rumors that he might commit to FSU during his visit. But like I said, they are just rumors.
Jacory Harris committed to the U. That is their 2nd QB, so you can probably scratch their name off the Manuel list.
Here's a quote from him. "LSU and Miami were my top choices from the start," Harris said. "At first, LSU was my number one. They were the first school to offer me and I really liked them the most for the longest. But UM was always right there and it all came down to where I was wanted. LSU's head coach even came down to watch me in the spring and everything. But when the summer started, they kinda backed off and UM jumped on me. So today, I was sitting around thinking about it and I wanted to tell everyone of my decision. I called the coaches and committed to Miami about 20 minutes ago." It looks like we lost interest and like some other recruits more.
