I think somewhere down the line we'll be better off with Lee getting the majority of the snaps, with Hatch coming in occasionally to run the option, as was done with Flynn/RP last year. I think we're more versatile with Lee's arm. That having been said, it would not bother me to see Hatch get the start Saturday (assuming he's healthy, and that's a big if, considering we're talking about a concussion). He has not been bad this season, and obviously the coaches see something that have him starting right now. I'll trust :milesmic:
When was the last time we started the season without any controversy? We'll probably have controversy for another few years too. How exciting.
You'll never convince me that Howard didn't throw that game. We domanated Auburn all day long and then just handed to them on a plate in the 4th. It wasn't a bad play, a simple roll out pass--if the man is open throw it to him, if he's not then throw it away--simple. But Howard kept forcing it into coverage for four pick sixes. if Hallman had the sense God gave a cantelope he would have realized it after two interceptions for TD's and replaced Howard . . . but he didn't.
I wished he would have thrown the game intentionally but talking to some of the players it was evident he thought he was above the rest of the peons on the team. that was the arrogance of one jh on full display my friend. from what i gathered no one liked the dude. he was ryan leaf without the numbers. and I suppose that was the 2nd of the crazy games between AU and LSU after the earthquake game and has yet to stop.
Here is a terrible pass, in a terribly big game that worked out terribly good for us: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuD2xpgewqY I feel better already.
