yes, but he didn't come here as a regular student, he came with the blessings and acceptance of Coach Saban and the athletic department and has been practicing with the team, living in the athletic dorms, eating with players, studying the Academic center, etc. There's no way they did not research the Colorado mess before letting him do all this IMO. Not with the Willie Williams fiasco so fresh on everyone's minds.

sammy was never implicated in fact he was one of the ones that came forward to tell what was going on. thats why he left. he felt there could be a backlash against him.
