The college archery range was near one of the girls dorms. His accomplice broke an arrow in two, used a coat hanger bent around his torso to support the arrow, used liberal ketchup, and staggard out from some bushes and approached the dorm, as if he had been shot through at the range. Prior to the prank, they knew the campus EMT driver and gave him a heads up not to respond. So, this guy staggers out of the bushes, moaning and screaming, covered in “blood”, the coeds go nuts, and within minutes there are sirens coming from every direction. They haul ass and hide. Apparently the campus phone system melted down with calls. The EMT guy later told them that they got so many calls he had to respond. Huge uproar on campus, but they never got caught. Sorry, the drunk archer story brought back that memory from years ago.
The only time I every played really good darts I had drank a fifth of scotch and a bunch of beer. I won $50 from some guys who were only sipping a couple of beers.
