This article hits the nail on the head. As I said in the Come on O thread it starts with O. He’s lost focus and the team has followed. He must demonstrate that he cares about winning and will do whatever it takes. Some potential actions that may help. First appoint some player to be leaders and charge them with pushing their teammates. Next is start taking players who loaf out of the game and put them on the bench. Play those who give 110% effort even if they don’t have the ability of those benched. Finally fire Pelini take over as DC or appoint Corey Raymond and make Bill Burch linebacker coach.

The sad thing is that if the players ever got on the same page as Bo, I think the defense could be elite again. But it just doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.
I’m not sure anyone really knows. Yes O complimented Trump after the WH visit but is a JBE supporter. My thought is that he has been focused more on things outside the team and that is the reason.
