The report is out. I have not had a chance to read it. From what others have said, it seems that the ultimate conclusion was that the Title IX department was woefully understaffed but did not give preferential treatment to athletes. It also seems that the evidence against Miles is pretty damning. Alleva instructed him that he couldn’t be alone with student workers, and he violated that rule. Alleva recommended to King that he be fired (back in 2013).
Didn’t you serve in the military? Don’t you remember the rule that you didn’t screw with someone of inferior rank? That was put in place because a lower ranking person can be coerced. College isn't the military and you most defiantly CAN have relationships with different ranks in the military.... You honestly think the chicks serving in the Marines aren't getting blown out? As far as I read, there was no coercion. Its called being popular. Money, Fame, etc. Perk of the job. Also, these chicks are adults. No one twisted their arm.
