The really sad part of this for me was that from 2005 to 2011, I thought that Miles was a great head coach for LSU. His guidance of the team in 2005 (his 1st yr) was outstanding during the Katrina situation. He let the team be a part of the recovery effort. I can't imagine a control freak like Saban doing the same. The incidents cited in the report happened in 2012 & 2013. So yes I agree with you that the loss to Alabama in Jan 2012 was the beginning if his downward spiral.

Miles is as much of a control freak as Saban. He is just not as good at it.
