No absolutely you're spot on when it comes to recruiting you are going to keep up with the Joneses and make sure your staff is highly attractive, etc.. my only point is these were girls working in the office. That's crazy and honestly I think he demanded they be to his personal preference since he's surrounded by the girls in the office all the time. That gives him more access and influence over them and their potential careers. He can pretend it was for the program but we all know one truth about Les Miles.. he always put himself and his desires ahead of everything else. Especially the good of the program.
