True. Some served one term; others, more than one. Roosevelt, well....

    Same here.

I agree here too but it's been going on way before Osama. I get what you're saying about the "level" but still.
    Gerald Ford,/Richard Nixon
    Jimmy Carter/Patty Hearst
    Reagan /Steinbrenner
Bill Clinton/Roger Clinton (Bill Clinton's bro)

When the leaders of our country have names like, "Tricky Dick" and "Slick Willy" it says a lot. Maybe Trump isn't as much of a radical as we first thought.

I'm all for commuting sentences of non violent drug offenders. Locking people up is expensive. No need to have many of those folks locked up. As for Manning, I try to keep an open mind to every situation and see the other side's point of view but I just can't figure out how Obama thought this was the right thing to do.

This is great. It's going to make people in Washington's heads explode. Politicians are going to be so pissed about Manning. Now, pardon Ross Ulbricht and Edward Snowden and legalize pot with executive decision at the news conference today and at the end of it, grab his package and drop the mic after he says, "Fuck all y'all" and walk off while Public Enemy's fight the power is blasted over the loudspeaker.

Agree with you on the non-violent offender issue. As for Manning, he/she/it is a traitor, fugg him/her/it. Now, if you want to apply your non-violent argument to Manning, I guess I can live with letting him go, especially since the terms of his court martial still apply. He's going to be reduced in rank to the lowest grade, be dishonorably discharged and will not be eligible for veteran's benefits.

Got to admit, that would be funny as hell. But you must concede that if he were to do that, you will waive all rights to bitch about Trump's twitter rants.
