Very entertaining read. This line describes Trump to a tee. "He’s canny and clever but he’s punching above his weight in the White House having until now run only a family company without a board or shareholders to answer to. His needs are simple. He’s yearning to be recognized for the great man he knows himself to be—the Mount Rushmore worthy president lurking beneath the Queens real estate developer."

Acting like a 3rd world dictator too in a sense that he is surrounding himself and making advisors out of family members and yes men.

Trump still has not appointed key players in his administration. The list includes secretary of Army, Navy, under secretary of Defense and many more these people are key in developing policy and doing the day to day work. Same thing at State and other departments. Note these aren't positions the democrats have stalled, they're positions the president has not even bothered to fill.
BTW the defense that it's a move to 'drain the swamp' or reduce federal costs is a non starter. He is lazy and still has no clue what it takes to run a large and complex organization. This as much or more than his policy decisions are doing damage to our government and society.

WOW you must be well connected in DC and you seem to know all about Trump and his family. You seem to know what he is thinking and why. Are you a Russian connection for Trump using Tigerfan as a front to help Trump stay in power and steal future elections? Just asking

The everyday work that needs to be done to keep the country runnng. You may not see it today but without these people Trump won't be able to get things accomplished. For example the 350 ship Navy or infrastructure reform or renegotiate NAFTA or make the fixes in the VA he promised etc etc etc. it can't be done with him and his son in law alone.

You are being VERY dramatic here. Rex is rubbing off on you.

    There is plenty being done.

I am also curious as to what you actually think has been done in the last decade?

It could be proof that government runs on its on momentum without the need for more bureaucrats.
