1. Don Donald
  2. Where is your bar set. Neither you or I would have chosen Trump when the politicking started but it is what it is. They'll be enough rotten tomatoes for everybody to sling probably sooner than later. Still, the man isn't Adolph Hitler so that automatically makes him a better choice than wretched cunt

  4. Of course. When did I say something different?
  5. Didn't you put up the quote about Clarke and then say "you have no problem with this" ?
  6. I have no problem with people being investigated and charged if there enough evidence and not charged if they're isn't. If they have committed crimes against our country as citizens then no punishment is too harsh. None.

However, I don't believe simply because you're suspected of terrorrist activities, your rights should be stripped and you should go before a military court. I do believe if you're caught outside our country and inside a terrorist organization, that is fine. But that's a different circumstance. I won't put a blanket statement on it that if you're an american citizen and "suspected" of terrorist activities that you should be tried in a military court.
  7. Agreed because again, speaking of precedents that's a bad one to set. Terrorism is too broad a word. In 10 or 15 years people are going to start getting locked up for dissent.
  8. Only if the libs take over
