I'll just say this, it ain't easy. Here's my guess: 1. Clemson 2. Oklahoma 3. Auburn 4. Alabama 5. Wisconsin 6. Georgia 7. Miami 8. Ohio State 9. Penn State 10. USC
Come on. Bama can't be ahead of Wisconsin. They just got pretty much dominated. Record should mean something.
If Miami does fall to 7 as I predict, will they jump Miami past Alabama next week should they beat Clemson? That loss today vs Pittsburgh was completely embarrassing.
1. Clemson 2. Oklahoma 3. Alabama (should be Wisconsin but they still don't get no respect>) 4. Wisconsin 5. Auburn (If they don't jump past Wiskey to #5. 6. Georgia 7. Miami 8-10. Irrelevant No
Agree w/this, some order of these 4 teams. Mine would be OU, AUB, Wiskey, Clemson at this moment. Conf. CGs, however, will undoubtedly change this. Unfortunately, Bama can likely get back in that top 4 without even playing. Ideal, in my mind, would be: UGA beating AUB, Wiskey beating OSU, OU beating TCU, and Clemson beating Miami (?matchup). If those 4 win, I think those 4 make it, and Bama gets left out, deservedly. Question to @TerryP : what do you think about Steele now? I remember less than complimentary thoughts being expressed when CLM hired him here. Seems like he had AUBs D with a pretty good gameplan and execution vs Bama yesterday.
That would piss me off. Another situation where Alabama gets a shot at the championship after not having played in the conference championship game. I know it's not just Bama it could be any number 5 team could get in with a 1-4 loss in a conference championship. So this year if Auburn wins but loses a key player or two for the playoffs and Clemson loses. So this year a 4 or 5 Alabama gets in healthy and has a one more week of rest.... its just a stupid and flawed system.
