you cannot balance the budget until all of those things are accomplished. a balanced budget means that you do not spend more than you take in. right now we are not doing that and have not been doing that since 2001. how do you propose to balance the budget before you cut spending and increase taxes?

no, no. in post 116 you stated "It has been proven that you can do all that without raising taxes" and I challenged you to name one single time when that was true. who was president? you keep arguing that I am changing the subject but here you are trying to avoid my challenge. please tell me when all of those things were accomplished without raising taxes?
Many states have done this. I'd have to research on president as I didn't make that a specific claim. Principles are the same nonetheless.
