Indeed it does. Some of the meteorologists whose forecasts I trust are suggesting a southern Florida landfall, putting Irma into the Gulf, then who knows? Texas cannot take another storm, that's for sure. Today's models have Irma hitting near Miami/the Keys, then turning towards the Florida panhandle for a second landfall.
