    What was it you said to me a few weeks ago about getting old? :hihi:

    The OU honks up here are now saying Josh never got that text it was a joke blah blah blah. I think they are trying to get toothpaste back into the tube at this point. I'm sure Hypels butt is a bloody mess right now with Big Game but come up short Bob's teeth marks all over it for letting that one out.

    That's horrible! LSU would be part of a rehashed SWC dominated by Texas and Oklahoma and our traditional SEC opponents would be in another Division. Never fly in a million years.

    i agree. we have to keep some resemblance of the sec goin on here, and traditional rivalries to some extent. the sec should not be adding teams just for the sake of adding teams.

    It wouldnt be adding teams just to add teams, it would add teams for 2 reasons:

    1) Money (TV exposure brings dollars)
    2) To maintain the reputation of having the best conference in the country.

    And unfortunately rivalries and traditions may go out the window because of it.

    i get one and two. and that is what i have been saying....

    is if we add teams it has to be selectively, not just "adding teams". its got to be adding teams that keep it strong and keep the funding at the same levels (if not greater).

    teams like tex tech and oklahoma state do not do that imo.
