I smoke a good Indica like Girl Scout Cookies about 30' before light out. It works great. Turns off any lingering stressful thoughts and completely relaxes. Since i've been smoking on a regular basis (mainly late in the evening unless on vacation) i go through my days with much less stress, more confidant, and periodic IBS is gone. I think full spectrum CBD has many benefits, without the 'high', but not sure how effective it is after they strip all the THC out (and no telling what other cannabinoids). I think THC, even a small amount, makes the CBD benefits much stronger. Try the all natural 'rape-free' CBD - full spectrum.
