I spoke with a guy at a vape shop that sells it but he didn't give me satisfactory enough answers to make me want to buy any and if I did what kind. Other than pain relief I don't know what other benefits the over the counter stuff could have and I don't know if it works for pain relief for sure. @LaSalleAve could tell you but he has been missing since January 1st. Must have made a resolution to go cold turkey on TF.

Funny, because I really am asking for a friend. She has RA, as well as Lupus. She takes Humira, it doesn't help that much. I bought her some OTC CBD oil, but I'm pretty sure it's as @Frogleg posted...not potent enough. Funny, getting pot is easy. Getting good CBD is proving to be difficult.
