the point behind a red dot and the blank "comment" space is to be filled in as to why you're taking away from their rep. My latest dot the comment was "moron." I'm not exactly sure how that helps me in any way to change how I post. Besides, I was under the assumption that you only red dot someone if they're flaming or doing something a long those lines.
