WMD's have been found in Iraq. Seems like the media keeps redefining what WMD's mean. In the end, a WMD will only be an intercontinental nuke.

    I'll provide a link later...gotta run

Patriotic conservatives: Here's a link to a story that just may put the Bush administration in a positive light.

Red55: Sorry, I cannot allow that. :hihi:

Nope. Even the Pentagon has said so.

It is not the media but the apologists who are redefining the term WMD. Lets spell it out--Weapons of Mass Destruction. A nuclear weapon certainly qualifies. But chemical weapons require tons of the stuff in order to cause mass casualties and even then it requires hundreds of artillery pieces and rockets to dispurse it over an area of just a couple of square kilometers.

The few obsolete chemical artillery shells that have been found which escaped destruction by UNSCOM in the 1990's are no longer effective and have killed nobody. They just don't qualify as weapons of mass destruction and the Pentagon has stated that they were "not the WMD's that we went to war over"

Here's some WMD's & WMD Raw Materials found in IRAQ:

500 tons...that's right...TONS...make that 1million pounds of yellow cake uranium. It was found at Saddam's nuclear weapons facility (yup...he had one of those too.)

-1.8 tons of partially enriched uranium found at the same place. You know, the stuff you need to make nukes.

    -Hidden centrifuge parts and blueprints.

-Two dozen artillery shells loaded with Sarin and mustard gas.

The Sarin and Mustard Gas artillery shells are WMDs. Case closed.

I thought Saddam reported he had destroyed ALL chemical and biological weapons? Ask the Kurds what their definition of WMD's means.

That's about the same as N. Korea promising Albright that they wouldn't enrich uranium with the materials we gave them in 94. Before the ink was dry on that great peace accord, they were making bombs. Now those same lib's are saying to bomb the launchpad........man, the hypocrisy and lunacy is nauseating.

Got a source? Not a conservative blog, but a reliable government source. If there were a million pounds of uranium it surely wouldn't be hidden by the administration. Saddam's nuclear plant was destroyed during Desert Storm in '91. The UNSCOM inspectors then spent 10 years on the ground insuring that Saddam had none of this. So where is this enriched and yellowcake uranium now if we have found it?

Not even close. See post above. UNSCOM destroyed the bulk of Saddams chemical weapons during 90's. The few that have been found are relics from the 1980's Iran/Iraq war. The big chemical weapon stockpiles that did constitute WMD's were destroyed in the 1990's.
